Diamond Matrix Calibration (Grinding)
Raw tiles and stone laid in high-end projects inherently suffer from unevenness, micro-lippage, and structural variance. Cheap buffer passes only gloss over these faults, leaving joint edges exposed to chipping and fast wear.
Calibration Methodology:
We use sequential diamond matrix segments, starting from aggressive 50-grit diamond pads to level joints and correct lippage, moving through intermediate metal matrix layers, and finishing with ultra-fine 3000+ grit resin pads. This ensures absolute physical planarity and an index of high specular reflection before handover.
Molecular Crystallization (Chemicals)
Many contractors cut costs by washing floors with harsh acids. Acid etching breaks down the marble matrix, leading to yellowing, dulling, and surface fractures. Our crystallization workflow is strictly 100% acid-free.
Chemical Formulation:
We spray specialized fluorosilicate crystallization agents combined with deep-penetrating oleophobic and hydrophobic polymers. The fluorosilicates trigger a chemical reaction with the Calcium Carbonate ($CaCO_3$) structure of the stone, converting soft calcite into a dense, quartz-like hard wear layer that is highly dustproof and spill-resistant.
